About Our Spotlight Thought Leader

Paige Hendrix Buckner is the CEO of All Raise, a non-profit propelling the success of women and non-binary venture capitalists by changing the culture and composition of the venture capital ecosystem.

Before becoming All Raise’s CEO, Paige served as the organization’s Chief of Staff and most recently, Interim CEO. Prior to joining All Raise, Paige was the COO of Founder Gym, the largest online program training underrepresented founders on how to raise venture capital. In just four years, Founder Gym trained over 650 underrepresented founders across 26 countries, and as of 2022, 10% of all Black women who raised $1 million or more in the U.S. venture ecosystem was a graduate of Founder Gym.

Paige’s journey prior to Founder Gym reflects a lifelong career of values-aligned, hands-on community service and development. She began her career as a Teach for America elementary school teacher, developing fundamental leadership, management, storytelling, and community outreach skills. She then went on to be Policy Director for Multnomah County in Oregon as a speechwriter, policy developer, and constituent outreach leader. She left public policy to be the founder and CEO of her own venture, ClientJoy, so she has lived the female founder journey. While building her company she developed the TIE Young Entrepreneurs program to foster the next generation of entrepreneurs, which is now a global program. She was also a founding Board Member of XXcelerate to help women business owners grow their businesses and build community.
