About Jack Toan, Principal, JT Consulting Group
He is the former Co-CEO of the Illumination Foundation, a $50M nonprofit employing over 400 employees with the mission to disrupt the cycle of homelessness through an interdisciplinary approach that includes healthcare and housing. He played a critical role in stabilizing the organization post the height of the pandemic and into the Great Resignation due to staff burnout. He left the organization in great financial standing having led successful fundraising efforts culminating with the highest-grossing fundraiser in the history of the annual OC Chef’s Table event at $1.3M. Prior to that, he had an 18-year career in corporate social responsibility at Wells Fargo as the Vice President and Manager of Community Relations. He managed the company’s volunteerism, community development programs and oversaw more than $10M of the company’s annual charitable giving program in the Southern California Region.
Jack holds an MBA from UC Irvine Paul Merage School of Business and is a graduate of the Southern California Leadership Network. Most importantly, he is a proud father of four amazing children!
