For over a quarter century, Carolyn Long has lived each breath as a yogi. Stamina and passion for her personal practice coupled by a discipline for expansion translates into a broad body of work backed by advanced Yoga Alliance certifications including E-RYT and YACEP. A yoga teacher trainer, she founded Sanctuary OC, a Yoga Alliance certified and registered yoga school, to create space for her students and a home for her Quantum Healing practice where she specializes in the groundbreaking practice of Myofascial Release Therapy.
Carolyn’s lineage includes mentorships with some of the world’s leading holistic healers including Dr Jean Houston and Michael F Barnes. Instilled with an immaculate understanding of the body’s energy systems, she pioneered the field of quantum healing and obtained certification to guide cancer patients through Yoga for Cancer Management. Under the wing of her mentor Tari Prinster, the owner of Yoga4Cancer. She is a master of unique healing modalities, Carolyn’s length of service and continued commitment spawn a safe haven for her clients.
First and foremost, Carolyn remains deeply rooted in service to her community through acts such as founding Karma Yoga in the Park, ensuring a portion of proceeds benefit local charities. Wisdom gathered from this life of service continues to build rich curriculums passed down to her students and clients so that all with the desire have the opportunity to heal, harvest their gifts, and grow.
