Celine Martin, Company Group Chairman of Johnson & Johnson’s Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS) Group, leads a high-growth global MedTech portfolio, including Acclarent, Biosense Webster, Cerenovus, and Mentor. These businesses annually serve over 1.2 million patients in Electrophysiology, Neurovascular, Ear, Nose & Throat, and Breast Reconstruction and Aesthetics, generating $5 billion in sales and employing 12,000 dedicated professionals. With 25 years at Johnson & Johnson, Celine has been instrumental in advancing MedTech, developing new categories, and setting higher standards of care. She played a key role in establishing a West Coast hub for the company. Celine’s prior role as Company Group Chairman, Ethicon Digital Surgery, involved integrating Auris Health and Verb Surgical, driving robotic and digital innovation. She spent nearly two decades growing the CSS portfolio globally, including roles like Worldwide President of Biosense Webster and Worldwide President of Cordis Corporation. Celine began her Johnson & Johnson journey at Ethicon, contributing to the global adoption of minimally invasive surgery. She values mentorship, advocates for women in leadership, and actively participates in Johnson & Johnson’s Women’s Leadership & Inclusion group. A lifelong learner, Celine holds an MBA from Wake Forest University, a master’s degree in marketing management from EM Normandie Business School, and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and MIT Sloan School of Management.
